I ordered three things via zomato from the same restaurant. The first thing I found incorrect was in place of basil pesto dip, Peri Peri dip was delivered, of which I instantly registered a complaint with zomato. Later when I opened my garlic bread, it was normal paneer tikka garlic bread instead of makhni paneer tikka garlic bread of which I couldn't register a complaint because zomato doesn't allow me to register another complaint about the same order. All contact numbers mentioned either on zomato or on Google are switched off or incorrect. Refund of Basil pesto dip was solved by giving me ₹ 50 off on next order. But I couldn't register a complain for garlic bread. I want my refund of garlic bread as. Is there any person with whom I can have a normal call. I don't want to waste time on AI generated chat as it doesn't solve my problem. I'll also attach relevant pictures. I've been a fan of dominos, however this order has proved otherwise. So I ordered Domino’s last night because I was too tired to cook and too broke to eat anywhere decent. Big mistake. The delivery took so long I honestly forgot I ordered food. When it finally showed up, the box felt warm, but not in a “fresh pizza” kind of way — more like it had been sitting on someone’s car dashboard for an hour. I opened the box and wow. The pizza looked like it had been in a minor traffic collision. All the cheese and toppings were clinging to one side like they were trying to flee. I ordered pepperoni, but it looked more like a pepperoni incident. And the crust was so rubbery I thought maybe I’d ordered a yoga mat by mistake. I asked for extra cheese. Apparently, Domino’s thought I meant invisible cheese. To top it off, when I called customer service, I was put on hold long enough to question all my life decisions, including this one. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting gourmet food, but I was hoping for something that at least resembled pizza. Instead, I got an edible disappointment.
