I ordered for a double cheese margarita cheese burst pizza and they sent something els and Moreover, instead of apologising and I asked them for Pick Up asked me to throw the pizza. instead of Resolving the issue the manager, Sai asked me to throw the pizza. They didn’t even bother to issue a refund or a coupon. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This worst outlet. Everytime they make mistake. They don't deliver complete order. Some time they deliver order after 4 hours. Disgusting service with no contact. Food: 2 Service: 1

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Bowenpally branch on 07/04/2025 Upon visiting the outlet, I experienced an unreasonably long delay of over 30 minutes just to place my order, despite there not being much crowd at the time. Moreover, no physical or digital bill was provided to confirm my order or service number. When I inquired about the bill, that employees was spoken to in a rude manner and told that the bill would be given along with the order. After waiting for a significant amount of time, I followed up on the status of my order, only to be informed that it would take an additional 30 to 45 minutes for preparation. This brought the total expected wait time to nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes, which is highly unacceptable for a pizza order. To make matters worse, when I raised my concern, the staff responded in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manner, suggesting that I should visit another pizza outlet instead of returning to Domino’s. Such behavior is deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on the standards of your brand. I eventually had to cancel my order and request a refund after wasting over an hour and a half at your store. This was not just my experience—several other customers at the time were equally dissatisfied. I also have video evidence of how the staff interacted with customers during this incident. I sincerely request that you look into this matter urgently and take the necessary steps to ensure better customer service and staff training at the Bowenpally branch. No customer should be subjected to such treatment. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
