I recently considered joining Domino’s, but after observing the actual work environment, I changed my mind. While the staff and atmosphere were average, what really concerned me was the lack of hygiene during food preparation. One of the pizza makers, Leena, was making pizzas without wearing gloves, and the entire process seemed careless and unclean. There was no proper cleanliness, no hygiene standards, and overall it felt very unprofessional. It was disappointing to see such practices at such a big brand.
