This is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Domino’s. I scheduled my order for 5:00 PM, and they casually delivered it at 6:00 PM — a full hour late — without any apology or explanation. The most irritating part? Zero response. No one picked up calls, no status update, nothing. If you can’t handle scheduled deliveries, don’t offer the feature. This kind of careless attitude shows how little they value their customers’ time. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I will seriously think twice before ordering from this outlet again.
