I went to buy stuffed garlic bread. The person taking my order made a mistake and did not change it even after I asked them to fix the issue. They took the wrong order. I directly pointed out that the garlic bread I was referring to costs 175, not 109. They still didn’t make any attempt to change the order according to what I wanted. I told them again that the order was wrong and that I was asking for stuffed garlic bread, but they refused to fix it and said the order was already in process. There’s also the fact that ordering through Zomato isn’t possible from any nearby location like lagda when some other hotels like kasturi takes order from almost 15 km away. Extremely unprofessional behaviour from Domino's purulia the order was placed at 16.45 on 19.11.2023 and it was delayed and arrived at 17.50 the container box was moist and open from one side and pizza was cold I refused to take the order and when I called the restaurant for poor services and wasting my time the person responded me to through away the pizza cancel the order.
Like what in the hell you guys at Domino's think of yourself. We should approach the consumer forum or Ombudsman for deficiency in services by an arrogant corporate
Shame on you guys literally enjoying the monopoly in Purulia wait until other pizza outlet open here you guys will beg for customer.
