Feedback for staffs: We observed Staffs wearing hairnets/caps outside the premises. The Problem: Hairnets are designed to catch hair, but they also trap airborne contaminants. Wearing them outside collects road dust, pollution, and pathogens. Bringing a dirty net back into the kitchen is a direct food safety violation.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour from Domino's purulia the order was placed at 16.45 on 19.11.2023 and it was delayed and arrived at 17.50 the container box was moist and open from one side and pizza was cold I refused to take the order and when I called the restaurant for poor services and wasting my time the person responded me to through away the pizza cancel the order.
Like what in the hell you guys at Domino's think of yourself. We should approach the consumer forum or Ombudsman for deficiency in services by an arrogant corporate
Shame on you guys literally enjoying the monopoly in Purulia wait until other pizza outlet open here you guys will beg for customer.
