Disappointing Experience with Domino's – Order ID 274 I had a frustrating experience with Domino's on 19 May 2025. I placed an order at 9:21 PM, expecting a smooth delivery process. However, after waiting for 55 minutes without any update, I called the outlet, only to be informed that my order had been canceled without explanation. This level of service is highly disappointing. There was no prior notification or attempt to inform me about the cancellation, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Such incidents reflect poorly on customer service and reliability, especially for a well-established brand like Domino's I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication and service efficiency to prevent similar issues for future customers.
