Extremely Disappointed – Worst Experience with Domino’s This was by far the worst experience we've ever had with Domino’s. My fiancée and I placed an order, but it was delayed way beyond the estimated time. We tried calling the store multiple times, but the line was either busy or disconnected. We couldn't even cancel the order. After a long wait, we finally received a call from a Domino’s employee named Abhishek. (I don't this is his real name aur not but I have saved his number in my phone when he called my fiancee) When my fiancée spoke to him, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He literally said: "Our company and IT team are lazy, and it will always be like this."(“Hamari company aur IT team lazy hi hai, aur aisi hi rahegi.” ) He argued instead of helping, which was shocking. No customer deserves to be treated this way. When the order finally arrived: The pizza was burnt and tasted awful. They gave peri peri dip instead of cheese dip. And worst of all, my fiancée had food poisoning and ended up vomiting after eating it. This wasn’t just poor service – it became a health issue. We have a recording of the call as proof of the employee's behavior. I strongly request that Domino’s take immediate action against Abhishek and review the quality standards at this outlet. This experience has left us completely disgusted and disappointed. Never expected this from a brand like Domino’s. I recently ordered the 16-in-1 pizza from Domino's, and I’m quite disappointed with the quality. The center portion of the pizza had a very loose and sticky base, which completely ruined the eating experience. It felt undercooked and messy. I expected better quality, especially from such a popular item. Hope Domino's looks into this and improves the consistency of their product. Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Domino’s Karve Putala. I had ordered a Cheese Burst pizza, but shockingly, there was absolutely no cheese inside – a complete fraudulent experience. When I brought this up, there was no proper response or resolution from the staff. To make things worse, the delivery person demanded extra money beyond the billed amount. This kind of unethical and dishonest behavior is unacceptable from a reputed brand like Domino’s. Would not recommend this outlet at all. Strict action needs to be taken to maintain customer trust.
