I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with my recent order placed at 9:48 PM, which was delivered only at 10:40 PM—almost an hour later. In the app, it shows that it’s delivered in 23 minutes. How amazingly do they hide this? To make matters worse, the delivery rider took a completely wrong route, going far from my actual location to an area that has no connection to my address or the store. This detour unnecessarily delayed the order. I was told there was an accident, but considering the rider's incorrect location, I am not sure how truthful that explanation was. Now, even the store is not answering my calls, which is adding to the frustration. This level of service is unacceptable. Service: Delivery
