I had a very disappointing and disturbing experience at Domino’s. I found a mosquito inside my pizza, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. What made it worse was the staff’s behavior. Instead of apologizing or offering a proper solution, they asked us to simply remove the mosquito and continue eating the same pizza. This was shocking and highly unprofessional. The staff was rude, argumentative, and had no sense of how to speak respectfully to customers. I expect much better hygiene standards and customer service from a brand like Domino’s. I hope the management takes strict action and ensures this kind of experience does not happen to anyone else.
