I placed an order through the delivery app, but the store never marked it as ready, so no delivery person was assigned. I called multiple times, but no one answered. Finally, I had to go to the store myself, only to find that the pizza was ready but just sitting there. They claimed the phone number registered on Swiggy wasn’t theirs, which explains why no one picked up. By the time I got the food, it was completely cold. This is the third time I’ve had a bad experience with this store. I’m extremely disappointed and will never order from here again. Worst service, arrogant employee. Asked them to clean the table used by previous customer, but they just removed boxes and did not clean the table. Had to ask for flakes, tissues, sause separately. It came one at a time and only when asked for!! Go only if you are starved to death but that too when you can wait for 30 minutes!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
