I order domino's pizza through Swiggy, and I got the order after two hrs. The Domino's outlet which supposed to deliver the order is around 550m from my place. But still the outlet failed to deliver the order within time. On top of that the contact number mention on swiggy app was not reachable and also swiggy team also don't have any other contact details and not able to give the solution of delaying order. Worst experience Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Zero stars. Number not updated on app. Order delayed -app shows 13mins for 45mins . No way to contact store through app. Customer care is ineffective. They don't have the right contact number for the store as well. Once delivered, pizza tasted like rubber. Deleting the app for good. Food: 1 Service: 1

To begin with, the delivery was delayed without any prior communication. Upon arrival, the delivery boy was extremely rude and refused to deliver the package to my doorstep, despite clear delivery instructions. When I politely questioned him about the delay and his refusal, he responded in an aggressively. Store Contact Person is "Geeta Saraswat" Also they told me Selected atom is not available in our Store get another and she is also not cordinate with us showing a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism. Return order for Such behavior is not only disappointing but also unacceptable from a service provider that values customer satisfaction. According to Domino's policy 30- minutes guarantee they get 1 hrs for food delivery your review is very bad day by day I hope you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
