Very bad experience with Domino’s Pizza, Pimple Gurav. I placed an order through Swiggy (Order No. 139), but even after 2 hours the order was not delivered. The worst part is that the store contact number was switched off/out of service, so there was no way to get any update. The order was never delivered and we had to sleep without food after waiting for pizza for hours. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. Such negligence creates a very bad impression. Domino’s should take strict action and improve customer service No response, no food, no responsibility. Service: Delivery Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Domino’s I have been to has extremely rude staff. Even for an order of just two lava cakes, they took almost 1 hour. When we asked how much longer it would take, he said another 15–20 minutes. He was so rude that he didn’t even bother to cancel our order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
