Hello, I am Arvindkumar Patil. I placed an order for Domino's Pizza through Zomato, and the estimated delivery time shown was 30 minutes. However, it has now been more than 1 hour, and I still have not received my order. Additionally, the restaurant is not answering my calls. The pathetic services... I had ordered Dominos at 10.42. After one hour, they also did not deliver. After that, I ordered an order 2 times after 20 minutes. The showroom person called me saying that we don't have delivery boy for delivery, so if you want delivery you need to wait till 3 am at night... This third-class service they have started... they don't have any answer and manners of speaking asking customers what to do, the delivery person is not there.

Worst Experience Ever – Domino’s Warje Absolutely pathetic service from Domino’s Warje. They cancelled my order themselves just because they couldn’t deliver it on time. Instead of taking responsibility for their delay, they chose the easiest way out — cancelling the order without proper communication. This is extremely unprofessional and shows complete disregard for customers’ time and trust. If you cannot manage orders or deliver within the promised timeline, don’t accept them in the first place. Such irresponsible behavior from a brand that claims to value customer satisfaction is shocking. Totally disappointed. I will think twice before ordering from this outlet again.
