I usually enjoy Domino’s food and service, and this time was no exception in terms of taste and quality. However, I faced an issue on 18th February at 2:02 AM, when the extra toppings I paid for were not added to my order. While I did receive a refund, it took over 2.5 months, and initially, I felt like my concern wasn’t taken seriously. That delay was frustrating and could have been handled better. Special thanks to the madam who finally processed my refund—her support was appreciated. The manager’s behavior and communication from December 2024 to February 2025 were also professional, which I noticed and value. I still like Domino’s overall, but I hope they improve how quickly and seriously they handle customer issues in the future.
