Travellers travel from long journey & spend time for your restaurant , but basic things are not there , washroom ,washbasin do not have 1gle drop of water also Rahul service person false commented when we asked on order counter about the same. Also his behave is too rude & not polite , as per hospitality standards. Pls look into this ,other traveller will not get this kind of experience. Request for AC on twicely , after that also it's switch off. No idea why this all behave n ignorance we experienced today at your restaurant. Thank you ! I am writing this after a very bad experience at Domino's on last Thursday, May 8, 2025. 1. Staff behavior was super bad. I asked them three times to clean the table, including their manager, but no one did. They were so stubborn that they did not clean it while we were there. In fact, we had to clean our own table to sit. 2. There was no light in the dining area during a power outage. There was a power outage that day, and there was not a single light for customers. What a bad atmosphere. 3. The pizza was okay, not excellent. Lastly, what I think is the main problem is their attitude toward work. These employees don't seem to care, and the main problem is their manager. The best thing you can do is change the staff.. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Order ID: 200 Date: 20 April 2025, 7:27 PM I ordered a pizza and received it in a completely messy and unacceptable condition (photo attached). It was squashed, toppings were all over the box, and half of the cheese had slid off. I immediately raised a complaint on the app but received no response at all. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. Not ordering again unless they seriously improve. Food: 1 Service: 1
