Order ID: 200 Date: 20 April 2025, 7:27 PM I ordered a pizza and received it in a completely messy and unacceptable condition (photo attached). It was squashed, toppings were all over the box, and half of the cheese had slid off. I immediately raised a complaint on the app but received no response at all. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. Not ordering again unless they seriously improve. Food: 1 Service: 1

Do not order late to this outlet.. they will make mess and no guarantee of hot items. They are so eager to close the shop and go home that they will not think of money spent by you and just deliver substandard product that too late and cold. My home is very near and by bike it is less than 5 min distance but delivery took 28 minutes and that way they also not liable to refund. Taking money upfront then delivering cold product with no say of customer to refuse delivery is blessing for such operators. Service: Take out Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1
