Dear Domino's Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently placed an order from your PALANPUR BANASKANTHA GUJRAT , 385001 STORE on 21/05/2025, but unfortunately, I received the wrong items. Order Details: Order Number: 39 Ordered Items: 3 VEG PARCEL/ 2 TACO / 1 CHEESY DIP / 10 SACHET / 1 PERI PERI DIP. Received Items: first of all they were forgot to send 10 Sachet And then I got 1 wrong item was that KOREAN SWEET CHILLI instead of peri pari dipp. I kindly request that you look into this issue and let me know how it can be resolved. I would appreciate either a replacement or a refund for the incorrect items. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response. Extremely disappointing experience. The air conditioning was not functioning, and there was no pest control—flies were swarming throughout the dining area. The restroom was in a terrible and unhygienic condition. Food: 2 Atmosphere: 1
