Overall, while the food was tasty, the long wait and delayed sides made the experience fairly average. Based on this, I’d rate it 3/5—great in flavor, but let down by peak‑time crowding and timing issues. Perhaps preparing common side orders in advance or improving queue management at lunch hours could really enhance the overall experience. I would honestly recommend everyone not to order from here. I had placed an order for a Choco Lava Cake, but I received a veg parcel instead. Till now, I haven’t received any refund. I placed the order on 27th June, and the issue is still not resolved. I’ve contacted Domino’s toll-free number multiple times, but they just keep delaying it by saying, “Please wait 24–48 hours, we’ll transfer the amount to your wallet.” How much longer are we supposed to wait?
