Sir, The under named being Counsel for Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India for Supreme Court of India has today I. E. 13.01.2023 ordered 2 Medium Cheese Burst Farmhouse Pizza's at the eve of Lohri but the topping as well as Cheese burst filling withing the Pizza was not at all upto the mark. However when the under named customer has asked Mr. Giriraj Sr. Manager, Maansarovar Garden Store, Near Kirti Nagar, New Delhi-110015 to make Pizza topping and cheese bust properly, he streight away denied to re-modify both the pizzas and told the under named customer that Dominos cannot do anything else for any customer satisfaction as he has prepared Pizza as per standard SOP of Dominos. Furthermore, Mr. Giriraj Sr. Manager, Maansarovar Garden Dominos Store even asked the under named customer not to order pizzas next time from Dominos as he cannot prepare pizzas best than the present one. Thus, in view of the above, it is here by requested to the Competent Authority, Domino's (India) to take appropriate necessary action regarding so Careless / Casual behavior and Attitude of Sr. Manager Mr. Giriraj, Maansarovar Garden Domino's Store, Near Kirti Nagar, New Delhi which may reuine the dedication and loyalty of Customers for Domino's. shocked and disappointing to see th service level of Domios.. have ordered today order no 43 at 1:15pm and since then have been continuously following up for the delivery....but the customer service team is soo bad that they disconnect phones literally bang phones as they don’t know where teh product is...Finally after 1.5hrs of wait and getting insulted by your team , i received teh order that tooo in super cold condition...the delivery boy had no card payment mode, no change and no oreganos/chilli flakes... dont know why he was sent..is this the way you treat your customers ..who has been ordering frequently from you... i will never order from dominos again and will also inform my admin team never to order for office parties.... for delay domios gives discount but this time forget about discount i was insulted.....
