The delivery service is unreliable, making excuses after midnight about not using an alternate gate to enter the IIT campus. The gate closures are a well-known rule enforced by the administration, yet they consistently ask me to walk 400-500 meters to a locked gate, which is highly inconvenient. Instead of using another gate that is open 24/7, they simply cancel the order. Additionally, the food quality needs improvement. Food: 3 Service: 2
