Worst experience I ever had, they didn't even take proper care of the hygiene and the floor was dirty with mud, A few days ago I visited the shop "They made me wait there for 2 hours" I ordered the "double cheese Margherita" large size which includes fresh veggies, cheese n corn of "rs.485", after I received my order, I reached home and found that they just gave me a normal "cheesy classic Margherita" In which there was almost no cheese, which is of "rs.345", I literally spent "rs.515" just for a normal "cheesy classic Margherita" And the staff and workers had literally no manners, when I was in the shop, some staff and workers were fighting shouting and abusing loudly on each other. As a customer, calling your customer as "sir" doesn't mean that you are doing something, you should know how to provide service as well...! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Disappointed with Kalyan Domino’s Outlet – Declining Quality I’ve been ordering from Domino’s since 2018 and used to love it. Back then, the quality was so much better — fresh veggies, proper cheese burst, good pizza dough, sturdy boxes, and plenty of tissues and sachets. But now, especially from the Kalyan Domino’s centre, it’s just getting worse. I ordered 3 pizzas recently and was really disappointed: • Boxes were already opened when delivered • Hardly any cheese burst, even though I paid extra for it • Veggies weren’t fresh at all • No tissues, barely any sachets • Overall, the pizza didn’t feel worth the price I paid What’s the point of paying extra if the quality keeps dropping? It’s frustrating that even after so many negative reviews, this outlet hasn’t improved at all. Please take customer feedback seriously and bring back the standards you were once known for. Visited with family today and had a very disappointing experience. 1. The dine-in area was full of mosquitoes and the AC wasn’t working. When I requested them to turn it on, they said it was leaking water. It was very uncomfortable to sit and eat in that heat and unhygienic environment. 2. While placing my order, I noticed something really disturbing in the open kitchen — mosquitoes were sitting on the pizza base while staff continued preparation. The kitchen was extremely dirty and by far the most unhygienic Domino’s I’ve ever seen. Really not expected from a brand like Domino’s. Strongly suggest they improve cleanliness and ensure better maintenance. Would not recommend visiting this outlet until basic hygiene is addressed. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
