This Domino's outlet is the only outlet in the Nainital located at mall road, but there is no cleanliness you gonna witness in this outlet. This outlet is poorly dirty and the staff over here is not look after over maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet. I have asked them to clean the table and the floor but they were not responding positively towards the cleanliness. Domino's Mallital, Nainital – A Bit Disappointing! Visited the Domino’s outlet in Mallital, Nainital recently with high hopes, craving their classic Margherita pizza . But unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The pizza was quite bland – the crust felt a little too dry and the cheese lacked that usual fresh, gooey texture we all love. It didn’t have the flavorful punch Domino's is known for. Honestly, it tasted more like a reheated version than something freshly made. What added to the disappointment was the slow service . Despite the outlet not being overcrowded, it took more than 25 minutes just for a basic order. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and distracted. I understand it’s a hill station and things can get hectic, but a little more attention to service quality would go a long way. The ambiance of the place was decent – small and cozy, perfect for a quick bite after a stroll at the Mall Road. But the quality of food and service really pulled the whole experience down. Overall, I expected better from a well-known brand like Domino’s. Hopefully, it was just an off day. Would think twice before visiting this outlet again.
