Worst Service ever. Every time they deliver pizza after 30mins. From last 2 orders they deliver after 1Hr. And the reason from them is too many rush. Also they dont provide Dine In. One of them said there is no dine in and leaved from counter. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely disappointing experience. First, they ask you to order from their app, and then suddenly tell you to place the order through Zomato for home delivery. I’ve ordered through Zomato before, and even then they refused to deliver to my doorstep—asked me to come 1 km away to collect the food, which defeats the whole point of delivery. To make it worse, now they can’t even get the order right. I ordered crispy chicken wings and received plain boiled chicken with some half-cooked masala thrown on top. Totally unacceptable. Poor service, zero professionalism, and no regard for customer satisfaction. Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1

The worst part is that you cannot reach them. Contacted customer care and they gave me a landline no of store which is always busy. Order is delayed and I am still waiting. At least the store should have proper contact where they can be reached to support the customer. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
