I placed an order through their own app, and they accepted it. After 25 minutes, I received a call saying delivery was not possible as my location was "outside their delivery area." If that's the case, why accept the order in the first place? They should update their app location system or provide proper service. Even worse, after canceling over the phone, they didn’t cancel it in the app — it kept showing the order status as “arriving in 10–12 minutes” for almost an hour. Big glitch in the app! The staff behavior was extremely unprofessional — this was my first and last experience with Domino’s Pizza Midnapore. I even complained to the head office; they called back and admitted fault, but the damage was already done. Totally disappointed — third-class service.
