Dominos pura West hai next time se order nahi karna 9:30 ka order karke night mein Mera order bhi nahin aaya all ladies two times TRAI Kiya second date and 4 date 2 times strike karne ke bad bhi Mera two times order nahi aaya pura base dominos employees dominos or tumhara courier wala sabhi. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is absolutely unacceptable. I ordered from Domino's expecting timely delivery, but instead I had to wait 3 to 4 hours for my order. That is not a delay, that is complete negligence. There was no proper update, no accountability, and no respect for the customer's time. After repeatedly following up, the food finally arrived cold and ruined. If you cannot manage deliveries, stop taking orders. This level of service is embarrassing for a brand like Domino's. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. I will think twice before ordering again.
