Worst Experience at Domino’s Chinsurah Outlet I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Domino’s outlet located in Chinsurah. Right from the moment I stepped in, the service was completely unprofessional and disorganized. The outlet has three air conditioners, but only one was working. When I requested to turn on the AC, the staff seemed clueless. One person kept passing the responsibility to another, and eventually, I was told that two ACs were not working. When I placed my order, instead of handling it properly, one staff member kept asking another how to proceed. I ordered a pizza, choco lava cake, and cold drinks. They served the pizza and cake first but completely forgot the drinks. Even after reminding them, the same confusion happened again—one person asking another about it. The worst part was when I opened the choco lava cake and found something unusual inside. Upon asking, they casually said it was mushroom, mistakenly delivered. To top it off, they didn’t even provide a spoon. When I questioned them, they blamed a new staff member for the mistake. Honestly, I didn’t expect such poor service and hygiene from a brand like Domino’s. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I hope the management seriously looks into improving the outlet's service standards.
