Dear Team, This is to bring to your attention that today I placed an order for two pizzas through the Domino's app at 5:21 PM. As per your 30-minute delivery guarantee policy, the order was supposed to be delivered by 5:51 PM. However, I did not receive the order within the promised time frame. Considering the rainy weather, I decided not to claim the late delivery refund, assuming there might be a genuine delay. But to my surprise, around 6:00 PM, when the app showed that the delivery partner was just 5 minutes away, my order was abruptly cancelled without any prior communication. It appears the cancellation was made based on the assumption that I would claim a refund, which is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I value my time, and this experience has not only caused inconvenience but also wasted 45 minutes of my day. I request a proper explanation and compensation for this poor service. Service: 1

An ideal outlet of Domino's, staffs are well trained and are helpful, do have a wide range to choose from. Either have it or take away. Just a suggestion to keep take away disposable cups for the soft beverages. As per my last visit they asked me to have the soft drink inside the outlet, as they do not provide take away cups, which was completely new for me.
