Today night around 10 PM, I went to Domino’s Edapally. I was very disappointed with the service and hygiene there. The staff were not responsible at all—some were sitting in the back room, some were walking in the kitchen without hair caps. Only 3 staff were working (I think one of them was the manager). Even though they clearly saw me standing at the counter, no one came to take my order. The dine-in area was also not properly cleaned. Is this how an MNC company is supposed to operate? It felt more like some low-class local shop rather than an international brand. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Barbeque Chicken Pizza

The service was good. Polite and friendly. We ordered a cheese burst crust pizza, which was yummy. However their washroom was a mess. I mean a real disgusting mess. I do not want to get into the details of it. Maybe it was a one time occurence. However it kind of killed the whole vibe. Hope the management keeps a check on their cleanliness.
