My order was delivered 1 hour late, exceeding your 30-minute policy, which entitles me to a ₹300 refund. I tried to cancel the order after 45 minutes as it was still showing "being baked," but I couldn't even contact the store through the Domino’s app. When I asked the delivery person about the delay and refund, he was rude instead of providing a proper response. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. The delivery took 1 hour and 30 minutes, and they argued with us about not issuing a refund for the late delivery, even though the order was under a 30-minute guaranteed delivery policy. I placed the order at 12:00 and waited for over 40 minutes. They were completely unreachable and did not pick up any of our calls. When we asked for a refund, which is clearly stated in their policy, they argued with us instead of resolving the issue. If they can not deliver on time, why have such a policy in the first place? We were starving, and it was late at night. We had to find an alternative, but since I had already paid for the pizza, I had no choice but to wait until 1:30 for it to arrive.
