Ordered garlic bread while moving in train. Ordered food 3 hrs in adavance but delivery boy came just 3-4 mins before departure as if I can argue/ question him. Food box was tempered however food tasted ok. No ketchup sachet was given. No napkins were given. Ordered for sugar free Coke gave something else. Charged 10 Rs extra for carry bag without letting me know during final bill. Outlet is requested to please look into such minor things. Customers being served on move are equally important. Such things are not expected out of domino's outlet. Hope this will not go unnoticed. Thanks Food: 2

1.Quality of service in dominos railway station katihar is very bad. One of their staff member misbehave when I complaint about quality of pizza order no 8 . Date 14 jan 2025. 2.Quality of pizza is as same as cart food types . 3.Display of order in tv and drier in washroom is not in condition.
