Very bad experience with the delivery person and shopkeeper — both were extremely arrogant and rude. Such behavior spoils the reputation of the Domino’s brand. Management should take strict action instead of giving franchise to people who don’t know how to respect customers.

Dear Domino’s Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service at your Katihar outlet today. Despite the store listing its operating hours from 11 AM to 11 PM, I found that only the door was open , while the dine-in area remained non-functional until the we laft. When I placed an order, the staff took it but did not bother to clean the table or switch on the air conditioning, making the experience very uncomfortable. This is not the level of service I expect from a reputed brand like Domino’s. I hope you will take appropriate action to address this issue and ensure better service in the future. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹400–600
