I am writing to express my disappointment with the behaviour and billing practices I experienced at “Domino’s Pizza, Z Square branch”. I ordered takeaway online from this outlet and staff of the outlet simply handed over the two boxes of order without carry bag. The staff member asked for ₹10 extra for carry bag without providing a bill. When I requested ketchup, I was told to pay ₹5 for two sachets. I mentioned that as per the website, each sachet costs ₹2, to which she reluctantly agreed but still did not provide a bill for the ketchup sachets or the carry bag. Such behaviour — overcharging customers, refusing to provide bills, and responding rudely — is completely unacceptable, especially from a reputed brand like Dominos. I want to draw kind attention to all visitors and Dominos Pizza outlet management to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action against the concerned staff to ensure this does not happen again. If it is agreed practice approved from management then customer should boycott this outlet. I am rating this outlet simply 1 . It's a pathetic experience over there, no customer satisfaction, I went there for order only one counter is operational and more then 6 people are waiting for their turn when I was about to give my order the lady told me that payments to be done in cash only and didn't take my order, now a days lat many people are not carrying cash with them, then I have wasted my 20 minutes to arrange the cash and in that time my family members was expecting me to get the pizza,
Then again I went for the order, I spoke to the manager regarding my issue he told me that they accept cards but it's taking long time of payments that's why the lady refuse me for card payments,
I know they stand in a prime location that's why they have a attitude but in future I will not visit them for sure,

And one important thing they didn't wear mask at the time of food preparation.

Never expect these types of services from Domino's
