honestly, if there was an option for giving 0 stars, I would. Domino's has been doing this stupid thing for years, they always say that they are out of stock from a certain food and then always recommend to replace it with their unappetizing desserts. I ordered a combo from zomato and they called me after 10 minutes telling me that they ran out of a certain part of the combo and they asked if they can replace it with their dessert, I told them that I do not want any dessert but I want them to replace it with somthing savoury, they said that there's no other option, so I asked them to cancel my order, and then they told me that it's not possible, leaving us with no other option than ordering what we didn't want, I eat domino's once in a blue moon, and domino's always manages to make me more disappointed than the last time, I swear, never in my life have I ever hated a restaurant this much. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad stuff, doesn't even clean the table when we have them for many times. They make us wait for so long after saying it'll be ready in a few mins. Stuff doesn't know how to treat their customers Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I have been a loyal customer for years, but today's experience was beyond disappointing. After being told to wait "just 5 minutes," I patiently waited for over half an hour — only to find out that my order had been given away to someone else. When I politely asked for clarification, instead of an apology or a solution, the staff rudely gave my money back at me. This level of negligence and disrespect is completely inexcusable. Basic courtesy and professionalism were nowhere to be found. I will never be returning and I would strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this place with their time or money.
