Last month I ordered one volcano pizza. By mistake the order was placed as take away. Actually I wanted home delivery. After speaking to the manager the order was cancelled and till now I haven’t yet got the refund. 2 - 3 times I called the manager. There is no proper follow up, no response. Poor management. Plz refund my amount as soon as possible

Their service is terrible; when new customers arrive, they are unable to help. I think the staff are not properly trained to assist new customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hlw, i have ordered one combo pack today, but the behaviour of the delivery partner is very rude, when i asked him to come to 1st floor as this is the address only, he denied and when i questioned why so, everyone climed the stairs during delivery , he is like " dusre log jate honge dominos nhi jayega". i said i have patients in front of me, but he denied , when my staff asking for chilli flakes, he said we wont allow to give chilli flakes and oregano on combo pack, still i m giving u, after received the order i checked the bill, it has mentioned clearly 1 chilli flakes and 1 oregano. this is not the service we expacts from a brand like DOMINO"S. Food: 4 Service: 1
