1 Star Horrible experience with McDonald’s GT Crystal Court Centre. I ordered pizza, garlic bread, and other items, and the food quality was terrible. The pizza was completely undercooked, and the paneer smelled spoiled — clearly not fresh and unsafe to eat. This is unacceptable from a brand like McDonald’s. What’s even worse is that this is not the first time I’ve faced such issues. I have already raised complaints about the Raja Park and GT Central Mall outlets, but every time they just forward it to “customer care.” The customer care team asks for my number, email ID, and bill details — and then never responds again. I’ve placed multiple orders worth ₹1,100, ₹1,500, and ₹1,700 from different McDonald’s outlets, and each time my money has gone to waste because of the poor food quality and complete lack of customer service. Domino's Pizza has it's own unique taste. It uses a bread based dough that has a high gluten content for their crust, most of their competitors use a traditional dough that is lower in gluten. Had a really great experience. Friendly staff. The taste is as always good excellent.
