I have ordered from this outlet three times but sadly each experience has been disappointing. It seems either the staff is not adequately trained or there's a careless attitude towards customers. The stuffed garlic bread, in particular, has consistently been undercooked..with the cheese and stuffing unevenly concentrated on one side rather than being properly filled and baked. Initially, we overlooked it.. thinking it might be a one time mistake or a new staff member’s error. However, when it happened again for the third time...we decided to raise a complaint with Domino’s. But to our surprise...instead of acknowledging the issue, someone from this very branch called us and began arguing rather than listening respectfully or accepting the mistake. It is shocking and upsetting to encounter such unprofessional behavior. I have never had such an experience with any other Domino’s outlet across the country. This kind of customer service is simply unacceptable. I sincerely hope they learn from their mistake and take the feedback seriously. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 2

We had a very disappointing experience with Miss Rajni. Her behavior towards us as customers was extremely harsh and unprofessional. She was unwilling to follow the guidelines set by the management and was forcefully insisting that we purchase a combo instead of a single pizza, which is not acceptable. Due to her attitude, we had no choice but to contact customer care and file a complaint. Although she claimed to be the manager, we believe that a person in such a position should display a positive, polite, and helpful attitude towards customers, rather than being forceful and rude. We hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures better customer service in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
