Very disappointing experience at this Domino’s outlet. I ordered a pizza, garlic bread, and a Zingy parcel, but the quality was extremely poor. The garlic bread was completely flat, dry, and didn’t taste fresh at all. It looked poorly prepared and was nothing like what Domino’s usually serves. The Zingy parcel was also very bad in taste and texture. It seemed stale and lacked proper filling. Overall, the food quality was unacceptable. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had here. Definitely not worth the money. Management seriously needs to improve quality control and service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s outlet. I ordered many times pizzas, garlic breads and Zingy Parcels, but the overall quality was extremely poor. The garlic breads were completely flat, dry, and tasted far from fresh. It looked badly prepared and was nothing like the standard Domino’s usually maintains. The Zingy Parcels were equally disappointing in both taste and texture. It seemed stale and lacked proper filling, which made the entire order unsatisfactory. What is more concerning is that I have faced this same issue repeatedly — around 8–10 times — yet there has been no noticeable improvement in quality. Overall, the food quality is unacceptable and definitely not worth the money. The management seriously needs to improve quality control and service standards. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am a regular customer of Domino's Pizza and usually order from Domino's - Saket through the app. However, I have repeatedly faced quality issues with my orders. I have never selected thin crust, yet the pizza base often arrives very thin. The garlic bread is usually flattened, and the veg parcel is smaller in size, flattened, and contains less filling. This has happened multiple times. When I tried calling the store, they did not answer. After 2–3 such incidents, we had to visit the store to complain. They gave us a number and told us to call after placing an order to ensure proper preparation, but this should not be necessary with a brand like Domino’s. In one earlier order, we even found a hair in the food, which is completely unacceptable. This time as well, without making any follow-up call, I trusted the brand and placed the order, but again the garlic bread and veg parcel were flattened. As a loyal customer, I expect consistent quality and better service. Please look into this matter seriously. This kind of experience is unacceptable from a brand as established as Domino’s. Food: 1
