I have ordered 2 cheese burst pizzas yesterday from Domino's Pizza Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune outlet and received a normal pizza instead after waiting for more than 1 hr. After complaining received the 1st feedback from the outlet as below : "We forgot to inform that the pizza is not cheese burst." Then, I again raised the complaint, the outlet told me that they will deduct 100 Rs from when I place next order in that outlet. I hope this explains the pathetic service of Domino's India.
