I am writing with my recent ordering experience with one of your stores situated in Laxmi Nagar , delhi .

First of all it was not delivered on time ...for 2 pizzas it took 50 minutes for order to get delivered . Secondly it was not hot and worth eating plus there were no oregano and seasoning present to eat with . Then when I contacted thr store , the operator was so rude and said we will not refund the order and he cut the phone . When i called 2-3 times again then he said we will send you seasonings and all but in again 30 min .. i mean what the hell is this ..customer is waiting for more than 1:30 hrs just to eat fucking cold shitty pizzas .. i can’t believe how you are running your stores with such horrible staff with no customer talking sense.
STORE SHOULD BE SHUT OFF !!!! A BIG NOOOO
