Disgusted with the man manning the counter at the moolchand flyover, defence colony branch. Two men came while I was placing my order and were clearly in the mood for some capsicum pizza. They had Rs 500 on them and after much discussion waited for me to finish ordering. The man at the counter handed me my change and started serving another customer instead of attending to the two gentlemen who had been waiting. When their turn finally came, the guy at the counter very rudely told the men to give him change. They said they only had Rs 500. The man at the counter ignored the two guys and started serving the other customers. The two men finally left without anyone taking their order. Their fault? They spoke in Hindi and were not the "Def Col type". I understand we all struggle with change, but there is no need to be rude. Domino's you provide a service. Which means you should be polite to your customers. Basic manners isn't it? I am disgusted by the attitude. Needless to say, I will not be returning to your outlet. P.S. I did express my displeasure but it didn't really make much of a difference, because the guy at the counter should have been apologizing to the two customers, not me.
