I’ve been a good Domino’s customer for a long time, but ever since I moved to this area, I’ve been facing issues with orders from your outlet. My orders are often delayed, and on one occasion when I visited the store, the cheese in the I ordered pizza was just like warm mayo — the quality was poor. Another major problem I face is while ordering through Zomato after 10 PM, the delivery rider shown in the app often doesn’t move or respond. If the rider was from Zomato, I could say it’s their issue — but for Domino’s orders, the rider is always from your side, so the responsibility lies with you. The app shows that the order will be delivered in 9–10 minutes, but it never progresses. When I call, the rider either doesn’t answer or says they have multiple orders and will assign mine to someone else, then disconnects. This has happened multiple times. Please look into the issue and improve your service quality — it’s affecting Domino’s reputation. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Delivery

The food order placed at 20.54 was delivered almost an hour later at 22.03. Restaurant phones are not reachable. The delivery boy is saying that he will take time as he has to deliver more orders as per the manager's instructions. The worst part is that the delivery guy called to give delivery OTP before delivery and arrived half an hour later. Customer care is not available, only virtual assistance where you cannot mention your actual issues. I am certain that I won't order again. Worst experience. Order number #223.
