I visited Domino’s yesterday and ordered items worth ₹1500 (pizzas, drinks, and dessert). The service was okay, but I faced an issue with billing. Even after asking twice, the staff didn’t provide a bill and said they would send it on WhatsApp, but I didn’t receive anything. They also took the payment through a personal PhonePe number, which felt unprofessional and not fair. As customers, we expect proper billing and official payment methods. Please look into this and improve the process. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I've ordered from this store multiple times and always had issues with either with the delivery time / the quality of food. When I called the store manager about the quality of food, the response received from him was very rude. I dont know if this is how they are trained to behave with customers at Dominos. considering the issues with the delivery, I preferred to visit the store sometimes and the store doesn't maintain cleanliness and stinks alot. It has water leakage at center of the store from AC on ceiling. Path way between tables is not at all clean. Worst store I have ever visited. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
