My husband and I recently visited your restaurant and ordered a 4-course meal. Suddenly, we received a call from a friend who wanted to join us, so we decided to add one more meal to our order. After waiting for a few minutes at the counter, a young woman wearing glasses came to assist me. I was surprised when she responded quite rudely, saying, "Why are you ordering one by one? Order everything together." I didn’t understand why she seemed frustrated, especially since the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time. While I appreciate that everyone has their off days, this interaction was disappointing and left a negative impression of our visit. The rest of the staff we interacted with were friendly, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

I really had bad experience. Firstly the ambience is very bad. AC is not working. When asked about it, they said very rudely that water was leaking so we cant turn on. After i came home, i started reading reviews. Everyone is facing the same issues. Service staff are really very rude. They dont care what customers are saying. Im talking to them regarding my order, she walked off in between. Dont know why after so many complaints regarding the bad service, management is not taking care of it. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
