Extremely disappointed with Domino’s service at [Attapur branch ]. This is the third time my order was delivered late, and despite repeated assurances from the delivery team, I have never received a refund. Today, my order was late again, and when I asked for it to be free as per their 30-minute delivery policy, the delivery guy refused and said they would cancel the order instead of honoring their commitment. I even have video proof of the delay. Spoke to the manager, Ramu, but he was unhelpful and didn’t provide any solution. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If Domino’s cannot follow their own policies, why advertise them? Still waiting for my refunds from previous delayed orders. I expect immediate action and a resolution. This kind of service is ruining the brand’s reputation. Would not recommend ordering from this branch unless you want to deal with delays and false promises.
