(Order No 163) Since last 18 years not a single Diwali went by without placing an order from Domino's on the Festive night. Thanks to Madinaguda branch that streak of 18 years Finally Broke. I have placed an order at 10pm (Payment was also made). I waited patiently & finally around 11pm I got a message that my order has been Cancelled. If you have no capacity to take orders why would you accept the Order? If the order was accepted by mistake why wouldn't you cancel it immediately instead of making your customer starve at 11pm? Extremely Disappointed. Never faced such an issue from any other Domino's branch in my lifetime. I believe this branch is not more than 2 years old. It's already not organised. And there is 1 more Major issue which I have faced during my previous orders from the same Branch. Soon after delivering Food the delivery guys request to give the rating for the Pizza. Isn't that supposed to be done after eating the food? It's not right to ask for reviews before eating/checking the quality of Food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400

Food tastes different from other branches.... Not at all punctual... Had surplus staff still had to wait half an hour for two pizzas.... So disgusting environment... There were flies and insects everywhere... Tables were not clean... Overall... It was bad... Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
