I ordered my pizza through the Domino’s app. The app showed that the pizza was "ready for pickup," so I went to the counter to collect it. However, the staff member at the counter told me it wasn’t ready yet and said, “I’ll let you know when it’s done.” I had to wait another 20–25 minutes even after the app had already shown it was ready. In total, it took around 40–45 minutes to receive my order. Additionally, no tissues were provided, and there was no wash basin available either. The pizza itself was fine, and the outlet was decent overall, but the delay and lack of basic service were disappointing. The app status was misleading and caused unnecessary waiting. Worst experience.. Their service is the worst.. I have ordered from their app many times before. I got the pizza delivered. But this time when I ordered, my location was accidentally selected wrong so I called the store and they told me they can't deliver to my location. I have had deliveries to this location many times before. But they cancelled my order after twenty minutes, saying they couldn't deliver to my location. Service: Delivery Service: 1

Today I visited Domino's at Rangoli Mall and tried their 5-course meal. The food was tasty and fresh, especially the pizzas and sides. However, the service was a bit slow, and I had to wait longer than expected. Overall, a decent experience but the service speed needs improvement.
