It isn’t just about the bad pizza but also the basic etiquettes of hospitality business. People in this branch are taking orders after 11 which is obviously wrong as per their policy but if they have taken orders then they must try to keep up with the standards of Domino’s. They are not just defaming the brand by their pizza quality but also with the basic behavioural etiquettes. Domino’s must review the team who are working here and must put them under scrutiny and the way they are working here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My experience with Domino’s Pizza – Ranipur, Haridwar (and honestly, most outlets in Haridwar) has been consistently bad. Every time I’ve ordered online, the quality of food has been terrible — cold, soggy, or poorly prepared. On top of that, the customer service is extremely poor. The staff at these outlets behave very casually and don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. Whether it's late delivery or incorrect orders, there's never a proper resolution. I do not recommend ordering from Domino’s in Haridwar, especially the Ranipur branch. Very disappointing for a brand like Domino’s. Service: Delivery

The only saving grace of this outlet is that it’s Domino’s, so the food was decent. But everything else was a disaster. The service was pathetic — extremely slow and completely disorganized. The staff didn’t seem bothered at all, and we had to keep reminding them about our order. The ambience was absolutely nil — cramped, noisy, and no effort at all to make the place comfortable. Cleanliness was another major issue. The tables were sticky, the floor was dirty, and no one seemed to be maintaining hygiene. Definitely not what you expect from a Domino’s outlet. Won’t be coming back here. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
