Worst Dominos Experience Ever - Unacceptable Service & Hygiene Rating: 1/5 stars I recently visited Domino's Elan Miracle Gurgaon, and it was hands down the worst Dominos experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an unwelcome sight - no hand wash station in sight, and the place was swarming with mosquitoes. It was disgusting. But what really took the cake was the service. The staff, particularly Abhay and Prem, were rude and unprofessional. I ordered food to dine in, and it took a whopping 30 minutes to get my order. That's just unacceptable. However they deliver all their order under 20 minutes! And when I finally got my food, it was subpar. The images I've attached speak for themselves - the food was a disappointment, to say the least. (Excessive oily tacos & uncooked stuffed garlic breads) Needless to say, I will never be visiting this Dominos outlet again. The lack of hygiene, poor service, and inedible food make it a place to avoid. To the management, I hope you take these issues seriously and take immediate action to rectify them. Until then, I'll be sharing my experience with friends, family, and online communities to warn them about this subpar Dominos outlet. Domino's Pizza Elan Miracle Mall, Gurugram we had ordered evening meal here,reg nth society jal pap,stuffed gb,taco ect,food was average we can't say it's so bad it's ok but the staff's behavior was so bad it's not only one staff but 2 boys 1 girl tino's same, we want our food the main thing is to eat it he said no, i need some tissue paper the staff old boy who took our order said no h hand wash main air use kro, we needed ice one staff asked another or fr female staff said no h no ice, customize it in garlic bread we want extra jalapeño, garlic bread for extra charge we will pay they said no, mtlb we know or not my point is that is it not your duty to talk to your guest with great simplicity so that he has faith in your things or looking into your eyes and not from the side there is no need to bat old staff ok i will try or piss female staff You must have shouted at me AJ. It felt like I was eating without a tree or without being invited to someone's house. I have felt this 3 times AJ while I am writing this.
