The food quality is okay but they absolutely never deliver on time. What they do is, mark the order as completed even though you haven't received the order yet, just so the 30 minute guarantee is fulfilled. And other times, they just won't deliver for even an hour plus the bonus is their restaurant number doesn't work :). So there is no way to contact them you can just wait... Till you get your order.
