The first time I had a bad experience with dominos. I had placed an order no 265 and as per your policy the order should be delivered within 20 minutes but the delivery boy reached late and justified that my phone was unreachable. Then said I gave you some rebate on the dominos wallet but I said that I will pay in cash. He said dominos don't receive cash payment, and also replied if you want delivery then pay by upi or I leave. I told him I will complain about your behaviour then he said you can. Now I will shift to pizza hut or else Service: 1

We visited the store at 11:15 AM but there was no staff to attend us even though opening time quoted by them was 11 AM. The first staff to take order and confirm if they had the kitchen ready came by 11:30 AM. After that too the were very lethargic on confirming that by when they would provide the food. The store has been recently relocated in the same row but felt there was a lot to be worked on the service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

highly unprofessional dominoes outlet. If your systems are not working for the past 6 months, please remove them and place a board at the gate asking customers to order online and not enter the outlet which I am not gonna do at all anyways. @jubliantfoods, please improve your services. And yes, please don't respond with your cliche response of mailing and providing details, there has not been even 1% improvement in your services. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
