"I placed a pizza order at 9:00 PM, expecting it to be delivered within 30 minutes, but shockingly, it arrived only at 11:00 PM. I tried calling the store multiple times, but there was no response. I raised a complaint through the app yesterday, and instead of addressing the issue, the store manager called me and behaved very rudely—raising his voice and speaking complete nonsense. It was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
