Very Disappointing Experience Only one employee was handling both the counter and customer complaints, which led to long delays. I had to struggle a lot just to place an order, and even during payment, it took 5–10 minutes. They told me the order would take 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting 30–40 minutes. When I asked for updates, no one responded properly. This is the first time in my life I’ve faced such poor service and wasted so much time at any Domino’s outlet. Really disappointing.
