I had a very disappointing experience at Domino’s (Kaushambi Metro Station outlet). I ordered Veg Loaded Pizza, Paneer Garlic Bread, and a Coca-Cola bottle, with a total bill of ₹445. But I was shocked when the staff told me I can't dine-in with a bottle – this was never informed before placing the order. If they had clearly informed me earlier, I wouldn't have ordered or would’ve left. This is poor service and miscommunication from the staff. On top of that, their behavior was rude and unhelpful, and the taste was not worth the money at all. Also, they didn’t even bother to return ₹5 change — which might be small but shows their careless attitude. I usually visit McDonald's right next to it, and they serve better food, polite staff, and proper sitting even under ₹300 for 2 people. Very dissatisfied with Domino’s this time. Definitely not recommending this outlet. Total waste of money. I request to everyone never visit to domino's in this outlet Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
